Love, love, love this place! Best flower shop ever hands down! I have been ordering flower arrangements and memorial gifts from Anna's for several years now and always love their creations! Today I picked up two floral saddles to place on headstones for Memorial Day and they are soooo beautiful! I found something I liked online and showed it to them and what they designed is more beautiful than what I showed them! They are always so friendly and helpful I highly recommend them!

I made an online purchase on a Sunday (when you are closed) just hoping the flowers could be delivered at the funeral home by Monday's funeral. You went above and beyond and got the flowers ready for the Sunday evening visitation. I was not able to be there and see them myself, but I was told they were BEAUTIFUL. Thank you!!

Easy ordering experience, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Anna's Flowers to others. My ONLY suggestion is to give the buyer notification when the flowers/plants have been delivered. Other than that, the service was awesome, and the plant was delivered.

I placed my order long distance for my uncle's funeral. Not only did she have the arrangement at the funeral home the same day, but the flowers were absolutley beautiful. I ordered an arrangement I saw online, but what was delivered was prettier and stunningly spectacular! Thank you so much Anna!

I do not live in Jackson anymore, but when my mother (Anna Brown) passed away it was important that my siblings and I find a dependable florist to use for Memorial Day decoration. My father recommended Anna's. When I called she was so nice and helpful. The flowers I ordered were put on the grave site as requested prior to my arrival and were beautiful. My siblings were so impressed with her service that they use her now also. Thank you Anna for all you do. You have a remarkable business. I would and do recommend you to everyone I see or talk to.

Anna is a dedicated, empathetic, artistic florist. She goes the extra mile for her customers. I notify her from NC what I need and describe the type of flowers I would like her to use, and she arrangees, delivers and installs the flowers on my parents headstone. She has even sent me photographs of them in place. If you want to know about customer service - ask Anna. She is tops!
